Designed by Michelin-starred chef, Francisco Araya, CALIA’s menu is full of delicious Japanese-fusion dishes.Araya’s menu is inspired by the best local produce available, including dishes such as Robbins Island wagyu M+7 with Japanese rice, onsen egg, shiso and caviar, along with some unique and unexpected flavour combinations.
